We are seeking a highly experienced Implant Designer to join our implant department. The ideal candidate is a skilled 3Shape designer capable of handling a wide variety of implant-related cases with minimal supervision.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Implant Designer to join our implant department. The ideal candidate is a skilled 3Shape designer capable of handling a wide variety of implant-related cases with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design implant abutments and crowns using 3Shape (strongly preferred)
- Ensure implant case requirements are accurately executed
- Review doctor prescriptions and clinical case notes
- Communicate technical concerns or suggestions for alternative solutions to the internal customer service team
- Design across a range of implant systems (e.g., Nobel, Straumann, etc.)
- Optional (preferred but not required): All-on-X designs and surgical guides
- At least 2+ years of direct experience designing implant cases in 3Shape
- Proven ability to design both abutments and final restorations
- Strong understanding of implant workflows, systems, and case planning
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage complex cases
- Comfortable working independently at a computer-based station
- Strong communication skills to support internal coordination with customer service
- Experience designing All-on-X or full arch restorations
- Knowledge of surgical guide design
- Experience with Exocad
- Hourly pay between $30-$45/hour (based on experience)
