Position Summary
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for The NRP Groups strategy development and implementation of digital marketing tactics for NRPs multifamily portfolio. Using paid media, organic, social, email, GMB, geofencing, ILSs etc. to drive qualified traffic to our communities with Agency partners. Measuring and sharing performance via a consistent reporting package. This role will be responsible for communicating tactics that are being used proactively to anticipate traffic needs of the communities to Management Leadership. This role will also be key in rolling out and oversight of new Marketing initiatives including but not limited to AI, Self-guided tours, Resident Portal, and Reputation Management.
Essential Functions
Technical responsibilities include:
- Paid Media: Leading Pay Per Click for property campaigns for Market Rate and Affordable. Campaign management includes campaign set up, directing monthly calls with Marketing Managers/Agency, providing insights from weekly and monthly reporting, and managing multiple reporting platforms (DataStudio (search & social) and TapReports (programmatic), Guiding and advising marketing managers in discussion on increases, decreases, and strategy suggestions on a daily/weekly basis with Agency partners. Providing updated unit availability on a bi-weekly basis and other pertinent information to run effective and efficient digital campaigns.
- Organic Relevancy and Accessibility of all NRP websites. Using Siteimprove to ensure accessibility to all who visit our websites. Also ensure that we are ranking for branded and not branded organic search terms on our community websites.
- Social campaign strategies, tactics, and ongoing testing; TikTok, Instagram Facebook and other media channels, including audience development and other best practices. As well as profile creation, content management and serves as liaison between agencies and site teams.
- Active Daily Engagement: Daily social engagement and reputation management; several checks per day of all platforms, and proactive daily resident engagement in google reviews, Better Business Bureau, yelp, and other review platforms.
- Systems Oversight: Manages the entire reputation program; develop and enforce KPIs. Oversight of business listing; creation, management, and optimization. Internet Listing Services (ILSs); Turning on/off features as needed, contract oversight, measure performance.
- Metrics & Reporting: Responsible for reporting of CRM performance, Media ROI and Reputation results.
- Other Projects: Other projects as assigned. For example:
- Community level Marketing Budget process. Data inputs, Quick Reference and Guidance to the Marketing Managers.
- PPC campaign for Talent and Acquisition to attract new NRP associates.
- NRP Corporate digital support
- Initiative development, planning and implementation.
Education: College degree in business marketing, digital media, communications field, or other related disciplines.
Experience
- Five or more years of experience in digital marketing and with a focus in Pay Per Click, Search Engine Optimization, and social media.
- Demonstrated experience working with teams and driving results through influence. Primary working with Directors of Marketing, Regional Managers and Regional Vice Presidents in Management, etc.
- Strong demonstrated writing skills
- Strong demonstrated understanding of social media platforms. (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) and media (written, photography, video, etc.)
- Strong record of building awareness of brands and followers via Digital Marketing tactics.
- Familiarity with management platforms AdWords, Reputation.com, Google Analytics, SiteImprove or other similar digital management tools
- Valid Drivers License
