Duration: 6 Month Contract to Hire
Compensation Range: $25/hr - $35/hr (Converting to $60-70k)

Job Description:
Coordinate and manage marketing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring organized, efficient workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Manage flow of marketing tasks, ensuring timely and efficient execution
• Learn and apply detailed operational procedures for workflow optimization
• Support multiple teams, manage campaigns, track feedback, and use proprietary systems
• Communicate project updates, manage Rally boards, and create status reports
• Conduct quality checks on deliverables and summarize marketing metrics for stakeholders
• Participate in stand-ups and meetings to align team priorities

• Must-Haves:
  
  • 1-2 years of operational experience within traffic or workflow management
  • Strong multitasking, prioritization, and organizational skills
  • Ability to track/analyze marketing metrics and provide data insights
  • Proactive communication, strong interpersonal skills, and adaptability
  • Must comply with insider trading policies (must not actively trade stocks/options)
• Nice-to-Haves:
  
  • Familiarity with creative processes and cross-functional collaboration
  • Experience with Adobe products
  • Agile methodology experience
