Recruiter Product & Marketing (Full Life Cycle)
Location: Onsite (5 days/week)
Hours: 8 AM 5 PM (1-hour lunch break)
Interview Process: 2 Rounds
About the Role:
Seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to support hiring across product and marketing functions in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. This role requires full-cycle recruitment expertise, exceptional client partnership skills, and the ability to manage complex compensation negotiations. The ideal candidate is confident leading meetings with hiring teams, providing market insights, and driving strategic talent acquisition initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle from intake meetings through offer acceptance for product and marketing roles.
- Partner closely with hiring teams to define hiring needs and build tailored recruiting strategies.
- Source high-quality candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools (in collaboration with a sourcing team when available).
- Drive compensation conversations and manage complex offer negotiations with candidates.
- Facilitate candidate debriefs, hiring decisions, and stakeholder communications with professionalism.
- Maintain accuracy and compliance within the applicant tracking system (ATS - oracle).
- Act as a strategic advisor, providing timely insights and feedback to internal teams and leadership.
- Meet key hiring metrics, including managing 1215 requisitions at a time and delivering 12+ hires monthly.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Prior experience recruiting for roles in product management, product delivery, and marketing.
- Proven track record in offer negotiation and managing complex compensation packages.
- Excellent communication and client management skills; comfortable providing updates to executive stakeholders.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems (experience with Oracle is a plus).
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Willingness to work onsite 5 days per week.
