About the Role:

We're looking for a strategic communicator and skilled event planner who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The Manager - Internal Communications & Events is responsible for driving engaging communication strategies and delivering exceptional events that connect and inspire our audiences. This individual will act as an internal marketer, storyteller and project managerbringing our values to life through messages and experiences.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead strategic internal communications plans to support specific company initiatives, cultural priorities and leadership messaging.
  • Develop and distribute compelling content through various channels like emails, intranet articles, digital signage and meetings.
  • Plan and execute internal and external eventsfrom annual conferences to employee engagement activitiesensuring on-brand, on-budget execution.
  • Manage logistics, content, speakers and run-of-show for recurring Town Halls.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to define goals and deliver relevant, timely, and high-impact communications and events.
  • Create and manage timelines, budgets, vendor contracts and creative assets for events.
  • Maintain the master event calendar and communications planning roadmap for all company events and conferences.
  • Analyze communication and event effectiveness and recommend improvements based on feedback and metrics.
  • Travel up to 15% for events and site visits.

About the Pay:

  • Base Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000

  • Final compensation will be determined based upon experience and skills and may vary based on location.

About You:

  • 5+ years of experience in communications, events, marketing or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, hospitality or a related field
  • Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Ability to quickly grasp information across a variety of disciplines and subsequently develop clear communications with minimal guidance
  • Ability to build strong partnerships and influence cross-functionally and vertically throughout the organization
  • Confident presenting ideas and feedback at all levels; team leadership experience a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and project management tools (e.g., Asana) preferred
  • Experience with digital communication platforms like intranet and email design systems
