Job DescriptionMarketing SpecialistFranUBaton Rouge, LaThe Marketing Specialist 2 works under the supervision of the Director of Marketing & Communications with guidance from the Vice Presidents of Enrollment Management and Institutional Advancement in a manner that complements the University's overall Marketing and Communications efforts. Responsible for establishing and maintaining a Marketing Strategic Plan with supporting policies and procedures and helping coordinate all internal and external Marketing activities. #CBResponsibilitiesJOB RESPONSIBILITIESMission AlignmentActively engages the Catholic and Franciscan mission and identity of Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University by modeling the Franciscan values, honoring the legacy of the founding congregation, promoting justice for the communities we serve, and integrating the Catholic and Franciscan intellectual traditions in courses, programs, and servicesDevelop and Execute Marketing Materials Design or provide art direction for print and digital marketing collateral including brochures, ads, posters, forms and promotional items Manage Digital Content Strategy Aid in managing a cohesive Digital Content Plan that aligns with Enrollment and Advancement goals, ensuring consistency across web, e-mail, and social media platformsManage Social Media Presence Oversee all University social media accounts and make sure that they are all within brand-standardHelp Lead Strategic Marketing Planning Help to maintain a comprehensive Marketing Strategic Plan, including policies, procedures, and campaign trackingCoordinate Internal and External Marketing CommunicationsWork cross-functionally with Departments to support and align Marketing strategies and materials with institutional goalsTrack and Report Marketing Campaign PerformanceMonitor campaign results and provide monthly reports on effectiveness across all channelsServe as University Photographer and VideographerCapture and manage photography and videography for University events for Marketing purposesSupport Departmental CollaborationAct as a liaison between Marketing and other Departments to facilitate smooth Marking communication and delivery serviceMaintain Marketing Asset OrganizationManage digital assets, including photography and video libraries, ensuring accessibility and consistency across projectsAdditional Duties as Assigned Supports various programs, events, and administrative tasks aimed at fulfilling institutional goalsPerform other duties as assignedQualificationsEXPERIENCEAt least three (3) years of experience in a Marketing fieldEDUCATIONBachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Graphic Designs or Graphics/Marketing certificationSPECIAL SKILLSGraphic Desing, Photography, multi-tasking, ability to prioritize tasks
