Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven B2B Digital Marketing Manager to execute our digital strategy across channels. The ideal candidate will have experience working for a nimble early stage startup, preferably in software, and understand the unique challenges and opportunities associated. They will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and tactics, and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and conversion.
What Youll Do:
- Implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility, traffic, and conversion that drive top of funnel activities.
- Manage and optimize SEO/SEM, email, social media, digital advertising (PPC, display, retargeting), and content marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the sales to create and execute integrated campaigns that drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Plan, execute, and measure A/B tests and conversion rate optimization experiments.
- Analyze web traffic metrics and digital campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and others.
- Optimize website and social media content for top digital performance.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve campaigns.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience in digital marketing in a B2B environment.
- Resourceful, willing to experiment and iterate rapidly, and understand the needs of a fast-paced startup.
- Proven experience managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
Salary Range: $60,000-$70,000 base
