To make that happen, we are seeking a Social Media Manager, someone who can shape our voice across platforms, grow engaged communities, and turn content into measurable business impact.

Your Mission:
- Develop and execute a social media strategy that drives brand awareness, app downloads, subscriptions, and microtransaction growth.
- Manage and grow Pocket FMs presence across major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create engaging, on-brand content that resonates with diverse audiences and drives community engagement.
- Track, measure, and analyze content performance, optimizing strategies based on data and ROI.
- Stay ahead of emerging social trends, platforms, and best practices to keep Pocket FM relevant and innovative.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and content teams to align campaigns and storytelling.
- Manage influencer collaborations and social partnerships to amplify reach and impact.
- Build and nurture communities by engaging directly with audiences and fostering loyal fans.
What You Bring:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
- 35+ years of experience managing social media for a brand, entertainment company, or digital platform.
- Proven track record of building and scaling social accounts with strong engagement and growth metrics.
- Experience creating content strategies that drive conversions, particularly app downloads.
- Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms, with a keen sense of trends and audience behavior.
- Strong copywriting, storytelling, and creative direction skills.
- Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools.
- Ability to translate performance data into insights and actionable strategies.
- Strong project management and cross-team collaboration skills.
- Bonus: Experience with paid social, influencer marketing, or entertainment/media brands.
