What were looking for
Were looking for a strategic, user-obsessed Product Marketing Manager Core to lead go-to-market strategy for our core coaching platform. Youll shape positioning, messaging, and product launches that drive user engagement, feature adoption, and platform loyalty. Youll partner closely with Product, Growth, Customer Success, and Design to deeply understand coach and client needsand bring those stories to life.
What youll do at Everfit
- Optimize product positioning and messaging for Everfits core coaching platform (e.g., programming, scheduling, messaging, progress tracking)
- Lead execution for feature releases, product updates, and platform innovations
- Collaborate with Product and UX to support roadmap priorities and provide feedback, market insights and user feedback to the team
- Drive adoption of new features through creative enablement content, email campaigns, in-app messaging, and webinars
- Build and maintain competitive intelligence and customer personas to inform marketing and product decisions
- Partner with Customer Success and Sales to develop training materials, one-pagers, videos, and case studies including webinars and Everfit educational content videos
- Test and iterate on messaging and user journeys to optimize feature awareness and coach retention
- Analyze performance of product marketing efforts, including engagement metrics, feature activation, and retention outcomes
Wed love to hear from you if you have:
- 46 years of experience in product marketing or go-to-market roles (SaaS or B2B2C preferred)
- Experience marketing a core product or platformideally with technical, UX, or workflow elements
- Strong storytelling and content creation skills across formats (web, video, social, email, in-app)
- Deep empathy for users and a passion for translating complex features into customer value
- Comfort working cross-functionally in fast-moving, startup environments
- Experience with lifecycle marketing, onboarding journeys, or product-led growth is a plus
- Familiarity with health, wellness, or fitness coaching is a strong bonus
While its not required, its an added plus if you also have:
- Youve built or managed a creator/ambassador program
- You get what makes content pop on social media (TikTok and IG)
