Social Media Manager - Caffeine.ai

The DFINITY Foundation is seeking an experienced social media and content marketer for Caffeine, the Self-Writing Internet (SWI) platform that enables anyone to build web applications through natural language, without requiring any technical knowledge. Were looking for someone with creative ideas, attention to detail, a strong execution mindset, and a willingness to roll up their sleeves.

Responsibilities:

• Create engaging content and copy across major social channels (e.g., X (Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram) to enhance organic presence for Caffeine handles.
• Work cross-functionally to leverage social media channels for effective communication to target audiences.
• Manage and execute multiple social media campaigns with an effective content calendar.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver accurate social media communications.
• Report insights and analytics regularly, tracking key metrics and KPIs, and stay updated on trends.
• Establish relationships with social media influencers to build a strong network.
• Coordinate with the design team to create on-brand, visually appealing graphics that complement social copy and strategy.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience managing social channels for a tech-focused company, preferably with consumer-facing products.
• Experience developing and executing social strategies and thought leadership campaigns.
• Exceptional writing skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working in fast-paced startup environments.
• Passion for AI, with professional experience in the field.
• Knowledge of key tools such as Sprout Social, and strong proficiency with X (Twitter) and social analytics.

* Please note that this role requires in-office work from our San Francisco office 3+ days per week.

Base Salary Range: $100,000 - $160,000/year

This position can be considered at multiple levels. Total compensation includes base salary plus a generous bonus, determined by factors such as job level, expertise, education, location, and experience.
