Marketing Account Manager

Location: Austin, TX; Chicago, IL; or Denver, CO

Our agency client is looking for a Marketing Account Manager to lead B2B client relationships and manage the execution of strategic marketing campaignsespecially event-focused initiatives. In this role, youll coordinate internal teams, oversee event delivery, and ensure all campaigns are executed on time, within budget, and aligned with client goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary day-to-day contact for B2B clients, building trust and driving satisfaction
• Lead campaign planning and ensure successful delivery across events and marketing activities
• Manage timelines, budgets, resources, and internal teams to keep projects running smoothly
• Oversee all aspects of event production, including logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site execution
• Deliver clear reporting and performance updates to clients and internal stakeholders
• Prepare proposals and contribute to new business opportunities
  
  

Qualifications

• 35 years of B2B account management experience in an agency setting
• Proven success managing events, budgets, and cross-functional teams
• Strong client communication, organizational, and project management skills
• Experience with tools like Monday.com and CRM platforms a plus
