As a Marketing Coordinator, you'll be part of a purpose-driven organization dedicated to making God's Word accessible to all people. Your efforts will help foster a sense of belonging for communities around the world as you work to support departmental and corporate initiatives through the marketing project management life cycle of production, coordinating day-to-day departmental operations and monitoring internal product distribution channels.. Your contributions will play a pivotal role in ensuring marketing projects are delivered efficiently, effectively, and on time. You will work within the team that brings initiatives to life, cultivating meaningful connections and amplifying the impact of our mission. Together, we are not just delivering projects; we are making a lasting impact that transforms lives and nurtures faith.You'll partner with Marketing leadership and other team members to:Craft a narrative for Bible translation that tells the exciting story of Bible translation with excellenceReach new audiences that don't yet know about our workEngage audiences with exceptional experiencesDevelop a connected journey for those already engaged in Bible translationResponsibilitiesYou'll make an impact as you:Faithfully and regularly pray for the ongoing work of Bible translation and for people from around the world to experience transformation.Act as an organizational representative presenting the global ministry of Wycliffe and encouraging interested individuals, organizations and churches to participate in the work of Bible translation.Work alongside the senior director and other team members to:Uphold and promote our organization's values and mission through dedicated administrative and marketing support servicesChampion and hold the team accountable to organizational culture standards and demonstrate spiritual maturityMeeting and Travel CoordinationCoordinate meetings for consultant and departmental needs, scheduling rooms, catering, room set-up, materials preparation and documentation.Coordinate complex national and international team travel arrangements.Budget & Financial AdministrationProcess and track departmental budgets, ensuring accurate allocation and monitoring of marketing expenditures.Process expenses and supplier invoices for payments, working within specified budget allotments in Workday software (or similar).Customer Service & Response ManagementDeliver high-quality, timely, and professional customer service across phone, email, and other channels; manage and coordinate responses to direct mail campaigns, tracking engagement, follow-up requirements, and maintaining accurate records in the relationship database.Develop and share talking points for campaigns, ensuring effective interdepartmental communication and alignment.Data & Analytics SupportAssist the marketing data analyst with documentation, data collection and reporting initiatives, maintaining accurate records and databases for marketing campaigns, donor responses and departmental metrics.Project Management & OperationsMaintain meticulous project documentation and records, ensuring all project details are accurately captured, clear and accessible.Serve as primary administrative support for departmental leadership.Cross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate on departmental initiatives and cross-organizational projects to provide a best-in-class experience for Wycliffe USA future and existing staff, actively engaging in planning, meetings, and communication.Foster a collaborative environment by supporting marketing team members, content creators, and technical staff to achieve shared goals.Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Director and/or Vice President of Marketing.Minimum Skill Sets The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skill and/or ability necessary to perform each duty satisfactorily. Occasional lifting of meeting materials and supplies up to 25 pounds.Technical Skills: Proficient in Google Workspace (Mail, Calendar, Sheets, Docs, Drive, Slides, etc.), Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel), Workday HCM and video conferencing software such as Zoom and Teamwork (or similar project management tools). Actual pay rate may be higher based on various factors such as qualifications, skills and experience, required training, licensure and/or certifications, budget and allocation, if applicable.
