You will come to love our company outings; causal office environment and you will build life-long friendships at SWP.What You'll Do:Make 60+ outbound calls daily to existing members and repeat customersSend 300+ texts and 75+ emails per week via Podium and DialpadBook 25+ member appointments per week (tune-ups, estimates, duct cleanings, etc.)Track all customer outreach and notes in ServiceTitanUpsell or renew memberships when possibleFollow a monthly marketing calendar and campaign objectivesBe a core member of our Marketing team, reporting to the Marketing Manager Requirements Prior experience in inside sales, appointment setting, outbound customer marketing, or fundraisingHigh energy, confidence on the phone, and comfort working from a target listExcellent written and verbal communicationSelf-motivated with sharp attention to detailCRM/data entry experience a plusSouth West Plumbing company is an equal opportunity employer.
