One of our wealth management clients is seeking a Corporate Event Planner to join their Corporate Events team for a 6-month contract. This role will be a hybrid schedule, 3 days on-site in Philly with 2 days work from home. This role will assist in sourcing high-caliber speakers, help curate content, and provide logistical support to ensure a smooth experience for all attendees. The ideal candidate will have a background in event planning and content creation, along with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and willingness to pitch in and help wherever needed. Some responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Coordinate event logistics, including travel arrangements, catering, audio/visual needs, décor, signage, and event technology.- Follow established event project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring events are delivered on time and within financial parameters.- Aggregate information obtained from leadership, attendees, home office stakeholders, industry trends, and firm councils to identify and build out agenda topics.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
