Position Summary:
As Manager, Communications, you will develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy to support IT & Digital Americas (AMS) in articulating its mission and showcasing its role in driving marketplace success. Your goal is to enhance the organizations reputation as an innovator and thought leader, foster a cohesive high-performing culture, and ensure impactful communication with key stakeholders. You will work closely with IT & Digital AMS teams and other partners to align messaging with organizational priorities.
- Develop and implement a communication strategy that promotes the organizations mission, goals, and culture.
- Create engaging content to drive adoption of technology initiatives and inform audiences about innovations and benefits.
- Utilize channels such as town halls, emails, executive messages, videos, newsletters, and social media for internal and external communications.
- Tailor leader communications to target audiences to support strategic objectives.
- Maintain consistent branding reflecting our future-focused mission and values.
- Support leadership with stakeholder engagement and communication planning.
- Collaborate with internal teams and global partners to ensure message consistency and effectiveness.
- Measure communication effectiveness and use data to refine strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in communications or public relations.
- 5+ years of experience with multimedia storytelling, digital communication, and large-audience channels (e.g., Populo, Viva Engage).
- 2+ years leading digital or technical communication strategies from concept to execution.
Additional Requirements:
- Experience with Change Management communication strategies.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Experience working in a global, multicultural environment.
