WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT: Develop and manage measurement frameworks to evaluate marketing initiatives, defining key performance indicators and continuously improving campaign effectiveness. Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing spend and performance, providing insights that guide resource allocation and investment decisions. Generate strategic recommendations through exploratory data analysis, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization. Design clear, actionable data visualizations and dashboards to give stakeholders easy access to critical marketing performance metrics. Apply advanced statistical methods to accurately assess the incremental impact of marketing activities and communicate findings in a way that informs business strategy. THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS: Proficiency in SQL is required, with at least 2 years of experience querying, manipulating, and analyzing large datasets. Skilled in creating data visualizations and dashboards using tools such as Tableau or Looker to translate complex findings into accessible insights. Solid understanding of core marketing metrics (e.g., LTV, CAC, ROAS, ROI) and how they drive business decisions. Hands-on experience with advanced analytical techniques, including Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) or causal inference methods, to measure and attribute marketing effectiveness. Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to clearly convey technical insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
