Job DescriptionAudio Visual Sales Executive (Hybrid) - Texas Metro Areas (Dallas-Fort Worth Preferred)INTERVIEWING & HIRING IMMEDIATELY!We are actively seeking a Sales Executive with technical understanding to join one of the fastest-growing AV integration firms. This is a hybrid position open to candidates located in or near Dallas-Fort Worth (preferred), Austin/San Antonio, or Houston. The right candidate wins-regardless of location!We're looking for a hunter-minded sales professional with a passion for building strong client relationships and selling full-cycle AV solutions. This is a unique opportunity to join a well-established company with strong managed services and a stellar reputation in delivering cutting-edge audiovisual and collaboration technologies that improve communication and drive business efficiency.RESPONSIBILITIES:Drive new business development for AV integration projects, video conferencing systems, and managed services.Support and grow existing client accounts, collaborating with senior sales and engineering teams to expand relationships.Conduct client site visits, deliver compelling sales presentations, and identify client needs.Promote and sell solutions involving AV control systems, video walls, unified communications, VTC, audio systems, lighting control, and more.Interface with decision-makers and C-suite executives across a variety of industries.Partner with internal teams including sales engineers and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.RequirementsQUALIFICATION:3-5+ years of B2B sales experience in audiovisual systems, conferencing solutions, or similar tech verticals.A desire and ability to learn AV system design and technologies (Zoom, Teams, Webex, etc.) if not already proficient.Comfort working in a hybrid office/client-facing environment; travel as needed within your metro area.Strong interpersonal skills with a proven hunter mentality for prospecting and closing new deals.AV industry certifications (Crestron, Biamp, Polycom, Cisco, CTS, etc.) are a plus, but not required.Must be free from any non-compete restrictions with other AV firms.
