Your role in our mission

We are actively seeking a Content Marketing Manager to join our Growth team and help ramp up our content creation engine. This role is perfect for someone with 2-4 years of content marketing experience who wants to grow their skills while producing content that makes a meaningful impact in the startup ecosystem. This role will be responsible for transforming our team's expertise into engaging, educational content that helps founders build successful startups.

Responsibilities

We’ve worked on a wide range of content initiatives in the first half of 2025, and they’ve received extremely positive founder feedback so far. Now, we need someone who can help us pull these siloed projects into a single cohesive content engine. Our Content Marketer will be responsible for the content we post through the following channels:

Email Marketing

  • Newsletter Management: Manage weekly newsletter sends, including our flagship publication "The AI CFO", handling everything from content formatting to audience segmentation
  • Lead Nurturing: Develop and send ad-hoc marketing emails to our active leads list in our CRM, handling end-to-end creation

YouTube & Video Content

  • Video Production: Transform raw video recordings into polished social media clips and full-length YouTube videos (e.g. our ‘Funded’ series), coordinating with our video production partners and leveraging AI tools for efficiency
  • Recording Coordination: Manage video recording logistics for our ‘Funded’ startup series, client testimonials, and internal expertise downloads

Social Media

  • Content Execution: Execute our social media strategy with ~3 posts per week on LinkedIn, maintaining our authentic, founder-focused brand voice
  • Calendar Management: Manage content calendar and publishing schedules, ensuring our content is distributed across all channels our customers are searching for support.

Blog & Website

  • Content Publishing: Work with internal team members to extract insights and publish 1-2 blog posts / week, ensuring all content aligns with our three core pillars & maintains a consistent brand voice.
  • Resource Creation: Create branded downloadable resources using Canva to support lead generation
  • Website & SEO: Ensure all published content follows SEO best practices, including keyword placement, headers, meta descriptions, and internal linking

You’ve had the following experiences in your career

  • You have 2-4 years in content marketing experience, ideally helping startups or small businesses tell their stories
  • You know your way around an email campaign and can craft social posts that people actually want to read
  • You are comfortable with basic video editing and get excited about testing new AI tools that make content creation easier
  • Your writing cuts through the noise, and you instinctively know how to speak to founders (clearly, concisely, keeping the em-dashes to a minimum)

  • You've cracked the code on B2B social growth (or at least have some theories you’re ready to test)
  • You know how to create educational content that doesn’t make readers eyes glaze over
  • You balance creativity with analytics, using metrics as your guide without letting them kill your creative spirit
  • You see AI as a creative partner and love discovering new ways to 10x your content output
  • You might already know HubSpot, Canva, or SEMRush… but if not, you are the type who can pick up new tools quickly
