About the Role

We’re seeking a highly skilled, visionary Photographer/Videographer to bring the Stratum brand to life through powerful, scroll-stopping visual storytelling. In this role, you’ll create dynamic content for social media, marketing campaigns, events, and event showcases across our growing brand portfolio. From concept to capture to polished delivery, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our story is seen and felt.

This is a part-time position (15–20 hours per week, with additional hours during peak seasons) and comes with clear growth potential. For the right candidate who demonstrates skill, creativity, and value, this role can evolve into a larger, full-time creative leadership position within Stratum.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: Produce high-quality photo and video content for campaigns, social platforms, websites, and branded platforms.
  • Social Media Storytelling: Capture engaging reels, stories, and short-form videos designed for digital-first impact.
  • Lifestyle & Event Coverage: Conduct product, lifestyle, and on-location shoots—including team features, company events, and live event showcases.
  • Technical Execution: Manage all aspects of shoot setup—lighting, framing, composition, and direction.
  • Editing & Post-Production: Edit using Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, After Effects) with mastery of color grading, pacing, and polish.
  • Brand Stewardship: Ensure every asset aligns with Anderson Hospitality’s visual identity and brand guidelines.
  • Collaboration: Partner with marketing and leadership to conceptualize fresh visual campaigns.
  • Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and platform-specific best practices to keep our content distinctive.
What We’re Looking For
  • 2–4 years of professional photography and videography experience, preferably in hospitality, lifestyle, or live events (people-focused work is essential).
  • A portfolio that demonstrates creative vision, strong composition, dynamic editing, and polished storytelling.
  • Advanced post-production expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, and After Effects.
  • Technical fluency with cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
  • Strong understanding of social media visual language—what stops the scroll.
  • A balance of artistry and precision, with attention to detail under fast-moving timelines.
  • A creative self-starter who thrives both independently and in collaborative environments.
  • A continuous growth-mindset, with a focus on learning, embracing challenges, and continuously improving
Position Details
  • Type: Part-Time (approx. 15–20 hrs/week; additional hours during peak season)
  • Compensation: $25–$40/hour, based on experience
  • Location: Based in Lincoln/Omaha, Nebraska. Travel expenses outside of this region will be covered by Stratum.
  • Growth Potential: For the right candidate, this role can evolve into a full-time, creative leadership position as the brand grows.
Hiring Process
