Oblon is seeking an Electronic Communications Specialist. This is a Full-Time administrative position. Responsibilities include processing incoming and outgoing electronic correspondence/content from and to firm clients using various portals/file transfer systems; quality control review of letters and associated documents, as well as any data files that are generated prior to sending. Reconciliation process involves working in spreadsheets and comparing information to ensure accuracy.

Must be computer savvy and able to solve problems; speed and accuracy are critical in this position. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. This position has the ability to be remote, once onsite training has been completed.

Starting salary is $50,000.
