As a Sales Executive with LoopNet, you will be part of an innovative company offering sophisticated digital advertising and marketing solutions. Your role involves partnering with top property owners and brokers to develop digital marketing strategies, build long-lasting client relationships, and demonstrate ROI using our analytic tools. You will be trained extensively in industry and product knowledge to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities

  1. Relationship Management – Build relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue and serve as a trusted advisor.
  2. Business Development – Prospect and close new clients using CoStar Group’s property data.
  3. Teamwork – Collaborate across teams to achieve sales goals.
  4. Market Expertise – Develop knowledge in digital advertising, commercial real estate, and market trends.
  5. Customer Support – Provide outstanding support, share insights, and offer solutions to clients.
  6. Travel – Conduct in-person meetings, potentially outside your local area.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
  • At least four years of successful sales experience in commercial real estate or digital advertising.
  • Proven record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience building relationships with senior-level clients.
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Access to a vehicle and flexibility to adapt to a high-growth environment.
