About the Role
We’re looking for a Jr. Art Director to join our creative team full-time, on-site in Norwalk. This is an exciting chance to get in during a time of growth, contribute to high-profile work, and build your career with us.
The last people in this role have grown and been promoted here—making this a true stepping stone role for the right creative.
What You’ll Do
- Contribute to concepting, art direction, and execution across digital platforms
- Design graphics, layouts, and visual elements that align with brand guidelines
- Collaborate with senior art directors, copywriters, and producers to ensure creative excellence
- Support art direction for photo and video shoots in our in-house studio
- Maintain consistency of visual identity across all projects
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple high-profile brands
What We’re Looking For
- A strong foundation in art direction, branding, and design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects a plus)
- Great eye for detail, typography, and composition
- Ability to collaborate well and take feedback with positivity and flexibility
- A portfolio that shows creativity, craft, and range
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience)
