Job Brief

We are looking for a Sandwich artist for our Deli station. The ideal candidate should be calm, flexible, and able to work throughhigh-volume lineswhile providing the best customer service possible. This position is Monday through Friday 7 am until 3 pm. Most weekends and all major holidays are off. Overtime is available for special events.

Our cafe is located in the Dominos Farms building in Ann Arbor.

Responsibilities

• 
  Prepare Picasso Sandwiches to company specifications.
• 
  Prep food for daily service and catering events including slicing deli meats, preparing house-made salads, vegetable prep, etc.
• 
  Cleaning and upkeep of station and kitchen
• 
  Friendly customer service
• 
  Helping team members
• 
  Answering customer questions
• 
  Strong work ethic and able to move quickly and efficiently.
