What You'll Bring :
- 15+ years of experience in the media and entertainment industry
- Experience in sales, sales leadership, or partner management with revenue targets
- Proven ability to collaborate across functions to solve problems and identify growth opportunities
- Deep knowledge of advanced TV, audio, ad tech, social media, retail media networks, and Martech industries, including data trends and key players
- Successful track record in negotiating complex partnerships across platforms and data providers
- Experience leading teams within the media ecosystem
- Experience in audiences and identity business across the media ecosystem
Impact You'll Make :
This role, Sales Vice President of Audiences for DIME sales, is vital in driving over $60M in audience business sales. You will lead sales strategy, execution, and performance within the Media & Entertainment vertical, working across agencies and platforms to activate audiences. Your team includes 2 direct reports, including one manager overseeing 5 team members. You will also identify new revenue opportunities to grow our audience business.
Key Responsibilities :
Audience Sales & Activation
- Drive adoption and activation of audience segments across agencies and platforms, focusing on increasing active usage
- Partner with activation teams to ensure effective deployment and measurable impact
- Build relationships with internal teams to expand audience usage across campaigns
Sales Strategy & Process Discipline
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business goals
- Lead weekly sales meetings, activity reviews, and pipeline management
- Coach teams on key performance indicators and support opportunity development
Revenue Management & Target Achievement
- Own revenue targets for Data Marketplace and Ad Advisor solutions
- Set quotas, monitor performance, and manage risks to revenue delivery
- Collaborate on forecasting and revenue reporting with finance
Client & Partner Engagement
- Serve as a senior contact for strategic clients and partners
- Address client issues and act as an escalation point for resolution
Basic Accountability :
- Manage revenue targets for Data Marketplace and Ad Advisor solutions
- Vet pricing and strategies with solutions and vertical teams
- Leverage audience reporting to identify growth opportunities
- Forecast audience usage based on client engagement and business insights

Pay Range :
The annual base salary range is $113,000 to $178,000, with potential for commission earnings typically 20-50% of base pay, depending on the role. Compensation varies based on experience, skills, location, and other factors.
