The Daily Wire is looking for a Vice President of Content Operations to lead the execution of content strategies across a diverse portfolio of multimedia projects, including podcasts, documentaries, films, series, news, and more. As a key partner to the Chief Content Officer, this role will drive production efficiency, ensure the on-time delivery of high-quality content, and uphold best-in-class creative and operational standards. The VP will oversee content workflows, optimize departmental resources, and foster team performance to achieve the company’s broader content objectives. Serving as the primary point of contact for the Content team, the VP will manage day-to-day operations, support employee development, and strengthen company–talent relationships, including direct oversight of the Senior Talent Operations Manager.


Primary Responsibilities
  • Lead execution of content strategies across podcasts, documentaries, films, series, news, and other multimedia projects
  • Partner with the Chief Content Officer to define priorities, align creative vision with operational capacity, and identify opportunities for innovation
  • Drive efficient production and ensure timely delivery of content at the highest creative and operational standards
  • Optimize workflows, refine production processes, and manage departmental resources effectively
  • Establish and monitor key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement in content creation and delivery
  • Support the Chief Content Officer in developing scalable processes, managing budgets, and enhancing overall production quality and team productivity
  • Oversee company–talent relationships, including direct supervision of the Senior Talent Operations Manager, and ensure smooth communication with talent
  • Serve as the first point of contact for Content employees, addressing team concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability
  • Support employee development, team alignment, and strong morale across the Content department
Experience & Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in content operations or related field, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role in podcasting, documentary production, or similar media
  • Bachelor’s degree in Film, Television, Digital Media Production, Communications, or Business Administration is a plus
  • Proven success managing large-scale content production projects and cross-functional teams
  • Expertise in podcast production, documentary filmmaking, and/or other specialized media projects
  • Strong knowledge of content distribution platforms, audience engagement, and the digital media landscape
  • Track record of optimizing content workflows, managing budgets, and improving operational efficiency
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and collaborate with senior executives
