The Opportunity
RESLV is growing and evolving and we’re looking for a Creative Strategist who can help us expand our offerings by marrying creative storytelling with digital performance. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and execution.
You’ll have the opportunity to build something new: a distribution and performance service line that pairs seamlessly with our video content. This person will play a critical role in ensuring content is not just created but scaled, seen, and engaged with by the right audiences.
This position is ideal for someone with “hands-on keyboard” experience running campaigns who also understands what makes creative work in digital channels—visual hooks, thumb-stopping edits, and copy that converts.
Key Responsibilities
For RESLV Marketing
- Develop and execute paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and Google
- Test creative variations and identify hooks, formats, and content that drive performance
- Manage targeting, budgets, and reporting dashboards to optimize campaigns
- Build strategies that connect organic social with paid distribution to maximize reach
- Use insights to refine RESLV’s own messaging and drive inbound leads
For Client Services
- Build and launch RESLV’s digital distribution offering into a repeatable, scalable service line
- Lead pilot ad campaigns for clients, including concepting hooks and scaling ads
- Translate creative ideas into executable campaigns across organic and paid channels
- Provide clear recommendations on platforms, targeting, creative, and budget allocation
- Deliver results-focused reporting and storytelling back to clients
- Collaborate with account managers and creative leads to align campaign strategy with client goals
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing paid digital campaigns (agency or in-house)
- Proven ability to scale ads and optimize creative elements for performance
- Proficiency with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and YouTube advertising
- Understanding of organic social content best practices across platforms
- Strong analytical skills and comfort using platforms like GA4, Looker Studio, or HubSpot
- Strong communicator—able to translate creative and data insights into clear client recommendations
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, balancing multiple projects
- Bonus: Experience working with video-first campaigns
