Pay: $58,000.00-$62,000.00 annually

Job Responsibilities:
- Design and produce marketing materials including brochures, flyers, posters, social media graphics, and signage.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visuals that align with campaign goals and messaging.
- Ensure all designs are consistent with brand identity and compliant with healthcare communication standards.
- Prepare files for professional printing or digital publishing.
- Assist in creating templates for recurring use (e.g., hiring events, community outreach materials).
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
- Stay up to date with design trends and best practices, especially in healthcare and home care.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (must have portfolio to show)
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
- Must have knowledge utilizing AI for creating designs and videos
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory
- Excellent communication skills and ability to accept feedback
- Experience designing for both print and digital formats
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic understanding of branding and visual communication
- Attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and a positive attitude
- Familiarity with Canva, Microsoft Publisher, or similar tools for quick edits
- Basic knowledge of printing processes and specs
- Photography or video editing skills are a plus
- This position typically operates in an office environment.
Pay: $58,000.00-$62,000.00 annually
