Herrmann Law Group, a trusted personal injury law firm in Tacoma, Washington, is seeking a full-time Marketing Specialist to join our team. We’re looking for someone who not only understands marketing but also knows how to leverage AI tools to create engaging content, run smart campaigns, and drive growth for our firm

A college degree isn’t required — if you have proven experience in marketing and strong knowledge of AI, you may be the perfect candidate. What matters most is your ability to think creatively, use technology effectively, and help us connect with clients who need our support

Responsibilities

: • Develop and execute marketing strategies that strengthen Herrmann Law Group’s brand

. • Use AI tools to create, optimize, and analyze digital marketing campaigns

. • Manage content creation (social media, blog posts, newsletters, etc.) with the help of AI

. • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights

. • Collaborate with attorneys and staff to highlight our firm’s impact and client success stories

. • Stay ahead of marketing and AI trends to keep our outreach innovative and effective

Qualifications

: • Proven experience in marketing (legal marketing experience a plus)

. • Strong knowledge of AI tools for content, analytics, and advertising

. • Excellent writing, communication, and creative skills

. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

. • No college degree required — experience and results matter most
