Start Date: ASAP
Type: Full-Time

This is not just a music job. This is a capital markets seat with soul.
A music infrastructure company at the forefront of publishing, tech, and artist-first finance is hiring a VP-level operator to help shape the financial, legal, and strategic systems behind music’s next economic chapter.
You’ll be part investment architect, part music-rights strategist—working on IP-backed financial products, royalty platforms, and catalog rollups that will define the next 10 years of how music value is created and captured.
What You’ll Own
• Design, model, and execute structured deals across publishing, masters, licensing, and artist equity
• Collaborate on the development of platforms for royalty flow, data transparency, and rights monetization
• Lead underwriting for catalog acquisitions, SPVs, and IP-backed vehicles
• Bridge capital markets with creator ecosystems—ensuring deals protect artists while maximizing returns
• Help shape long-term market positioning, deal flow strategy, and investor frameworks
Who You Might Be
• You’ve structured or evaluated music/IP deals at a fund, publisher, rights org, or music-tech startup
• You understand how music works creatively and financially
• You can toggle between spreadsheets, term sheets, and industry relationships with ease
• You’re hungry to build new models—not just manage old ones
• You think long-term, operate with clarity, and thrive in high-stakes environments
Bonus Signals
• Experience in music royalty financing, catalog underwriting, or IP securitization
• Deep relationships in music business, publishing, and/or capital markets
• Strong literacy in deal modeling, risk-adjusted asset valuation, and strategic partnerships
• Interest in new royalty vehicles, fan-powered equity, or IP-as-an-asset frameworks
Why This Matters
Music is becoming a multi-billion-dollar asset class.
This role helps design the systems that make that sustainable—for both artists and investors.
