St. Paul Pilates & Fitness is hiring: Studio Manager in Saint Paul

About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable, approachable Studio Manager to help keep our Pilates & Fitness studio running smoothly. This role is all about creating a warm, welcoming environment for our clients and supporting our trainers so they can deliver their best work.

If you love fitness, are highly organized, enjoy solving problems, and want to be part of a positive, community-driven studio, we’d love to meet you. Bonus points if you’re able to teach fitness or Pilates classes occasionally!

What You’ll Do

• Be a friendly, professional presence in the studio—welcome clients, answer questions, and support our trainers.
• Handle daily operations: schedule changes, light admin tasks, and client communication.
• Keep the studio clean, stocked, and running smoothly.
• Jump in with problem-solving and support when issues come up.
• (Optional) Teach a class or cover sessions if you’re a certified trainer.

What We’re Looking For

• Someone reliable, positive, and approachable.
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for health/wellness.
• Organized and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
• Tech-friendly and quick to learn studio systems.
• Flexible to work mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed.
• Experience teaching fitness or Pilates is a big plus.
