What To Expect
Tesla’s Product Knowledge team is seeking a video and media producer to support our Sales and Delivery Operations team. This role involves planning, producing, editing, and delivering customer-facing and internal product education videos. Your video expertise will be fully utilized, and you will also contribute to other content supporting our Sales & Delivery teams.

We value effective communication and a passion for producing educational media. You should be eager to contribute artistically and enjoy the production process. Flexibility and results-driven approaches are preferred over rigid methods. The role involves shooting in-studio and on-site, requiring fast-paced collaboration to develop ideas and craft messages that engage and educate. Location is flexible across any Tesla Sales, Service, or Delivery location in the US.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate on content requests and propose media solutions, including co-writing scripts and speaking points
• Manage multiple projects with varying scopes and deadlines
• Shoot videos using various camera techniques, handle sound, and set up lighting for studio and on-location shoots
• Manage on-screen talent to accurately depict interactions using standard visual composition and exposure techniques
• Edit content to meet corporate guidelines, incorporating motion graphics and refined audio
• Maintain and organize our internal knowledge base, production resources, and archived content

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years of media production experience
• Strong knowledge of camera setups, lighting, production audio, and performance coaching
• Ability to plan, execute, and deliver multiple projects, including scripting and shot list development
• Proficiency with OS X, Final Cut Pro X, Adobe Suite, Office 365, and DAM systems
• Experience with industry-standard cameras (DJI, Sony, GoPro, etc.) to achieve desired looks
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, action-oriented, capable of independent work on short notice
