Lead the planning and rollout of new web content (e.g., landing pages, campaign pages, product launches)-
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to support website enhancements including the redesigning and replatforming of the brand site-
Manage and maintain website content using a CMS platform. Experience with Contentful or composable website architecture is preferred.-
Conduct regular QA and usability checks to ensure content accuracy, functionality, and brand consistency-
Work with cross-functional teams to monitor website performance and identify opportunities for optimization.-
Maintain a structured content library, including copy, images, and digital assets-
Develop and refine internal workflows for scalable and efficient content publishing-
Stay current with digital trends, UX best practices, and accessibility standards-
Partner with counterparts within the MillerKnoll organization to create a strong digital presence via shared or MillerKnoll-operated platformsQualifications-
3+ years of experience in website content management, digital production, or a related role-
Proficient with CMS platforms (e.g., Contentful, WordPress, Drupal)-
Experience with Adobe Experience Manager is an advantage-
Familiarity with web publishing tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Photoshop) and basic HTML/CSS-
Strong project management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple timelines and stakeholders-
Excellent attention to detail and quality control-
Strong communication and collaboration skills-
Bonus: Experience with website replatforming, redesign projects-
