Lead Fullstack SWE

50% UI Development: Dashboards for Hyperscale Infrastructure platform (React, TypeScript, Tailwind)

50% Backend: APIs and Dataflows (Golang)

The Platform

Optimizes cloud resources for Stateful Kubernetes HPC and AI workloads, including GPUs.
End users are DevOps and CloudOps managing complex distributed workloads across hundreds of clusters and nodes.
Dashboards provide real-time observability, metrics, and alerts at hyperscale.

The Role

Design and implement a modern UI for a multi-tenant, infrastructure-scale platform, including dashboards for real-time observability across 100k nodes.
Develop backend APIs and integrations using Golang.
Lead two software engineers (full stack, with UI emphasis).
Collaborate with two other development teams (full stack, focusing on platform and backend).

Experience & Skills

10 years of software engineering experience.
Expertise in Go.
Proven experience building scalable UI for multi-cluster, multi-tenant environments, using modern frontend architecture, patterns, UI state management, and tooling.
Extensive Golang skills, including API design and data flow optimization.
Experience with Python and Redis caching methods.
Experience with Kubernetes (configuring pods, operators, CRDs) is a plus.
Knowledge of Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, OpenTelemetry.
Understanding of authentication patterns and IAM (Keycloak or similar) is a plus.
Prior startup or incubator experience (preferred).
Degree(s) in CS or related fields (preferred).
