You will use a prepared script to set appointments for home remodeling projects, encouraging customers to schedule free estimates at their convenience.

Responsibilities

Verify and input customer information into our database. Engage with customers over the phone, following a script to set appointments for remodeling estimates. Focus on providing excellent customer service and building rapport.

Qualifications
