Our client, a Homecare agency, is seeking a full time Field Marketer to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads by actively engaging with the local community and healthcare providers. This role is ideal for a self-motivated and outgoing professional who thrives on relationship-building and is passionate about connecting people with essential care services.
Responsibilities: Develop and implement outreach campaigns to generate referrals and new leads. Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and prospective clients. Attend and represent the company at community events, networking functions, and industry meetings. Distribute marketing materials and educate potential clients and families on available home care services. Track outreach activity and collaborate with internal teams to support overall growth and service delivery. Qualifications:
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives. Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel locally as needed. Background in home care, healthcare, or senior services is a plus. Experience in sales, marketing, or community outreach a plus.
