Position Summary
The Expeditor is the connection between the kitchen and the guest. You’ll ensure orders are accurate, quality-checked, and delivered fast.
Key Responsibilities
· Order Flow
· - Manage the flow of tickets between kitchen and counter.
· - Communicate clearly between BOH and FOH teams.
· Food Quality & Accuracy
· - Double-check food items for accuracy and quality.
· - Ensure packaging and presentation meet standards.
· Support
· - Assist FOH team with guest service during rushes.
· - Maintain cleanliness and organization in service areas.
Qualifications
· Restaurant/kitchen experience preferred.
· Strong multitasking and communication skills.
· Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency.
· Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
