SOCIAL MEDIA INTERN
We are currently seeking a Social Media Intern for a paid internship at our headquarters in Spokane. This position is ideal for a creative and detail-oriented individual who is eager to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation and audience engagement.
As a Social Media Intern, you will assist in developing and executing our social media strategy for the Spokane Falls Tower. You will have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects that drive brand growth while building valuable skills in the field. This internship will run through the 2025-2026 academic school year.
Responsibilities: Assist with creating, scheduling, and publishing content across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) Help brainstorm and develop engaging short-form video content (e.g., Instagram Reels, Stories) Monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities, comments and messages Conduct basic research on industry trends and competitor activity Support the development of a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and brand alignment Assist in tracking performance metrics and preparing analytics reports Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align content with brand goals Qualifications:
Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field Familiarity with major social media platforms and their best practices Strong written and verbal communication skills Creative mindset with attention to detail Basic knowledge of graphic and video design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut) is a plus Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment Currently living in the Spokane Area Able to work 10-15 hours per week What We Offer:
