Job Overview: We're looking for a digital problem-solver who loves building, optimizing, and connecting the tools that power modern marketing. In this role, you'll own the heartbeat of our online presence-from keeping our website fast, secure, and user-friendly, to turning HubSpot into a growth engine through smart automations, clean data, and seamless integrations with platforms like Salesforce and Asana. You'll collaborate with designers and marketers to shape intuitive user experiences, lead SEO/SEM strategies that put us in front of the right audience, and experiment with new ways to drive engagement and conversions. Key Responsibilities:

HubSpot & Platform Management Configure, customize, and maintain HubSpot to support marketing goals. Manage user roles, permissions, and onboarding to ensure proper adoption across the organization. Build, optimize, and document workflows, automations, and nurture campaigns that drive efficiency and lead conversion. Ensure data cleanliness and integrity by managing imports, list segmentation, and ongoing database health. Develop dashboards and reports to provide marketing, account management, and sales leadership with visibility into performance. Train and support team members in best practices for using HubSpot tools (email, forms, landing pages, campaigns, etc.). Connect HubSpot seamlessly with Salesforce, Asana, WordPress, and other platforms to streamline data flow and reporting. Stay current on HubSpot updates and recommend new features or tools to maximize ROI. Website Maintenance, Support, and Optimization

Conduct regular backend website maintenance to ensure performance, security, and user-friendly experience. Manage staging sites and hosting relationships for multiple web properties. Identify opportunities to improve web user experience that support lead generation and conversion optimization. Work with designers to provide development support for landing pages and web projects. Ensure compliance with security standards, GDPR, and other regulations. SEO, SEM & UX

Develop and execute SEO/SEM strategies to improve rankings and visibility. Conduct keyword research, manage SEM campaigns, and analyze performance. Collaborate with designers and developers to deliver intuitive UX/UI experiences. Performance & Optimization

Monitor website and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools. Provide actionable insights to improve traffic, conversion, and user engagement. Create and optimize landing pages, implement UTM tracking, and support marketing campaigns. Technical Support

Troubleshoot website and platform issues, coordinate with IT and vendors, and implement updates to improve functionality. Qualifications:

4-6 years of hands-on experience as a Marketing Technologist, Web Developer, or similar role. 3+ years of proven experience managing HubSpot or a similar platform. Strong understanding of website architecture, content management systems (CMS), and web design principles. Proficiency in SEO and SEM best practices, including experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and paid search platforms. Experience with website security, including SSL certificates, firewalls, and vulnerability assessments. Some knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies. Experience with lead generation tools and techniques. Strong experience with platform integration, specifically with tools like WordPress, HubSpot, Asana, Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud preferred. Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights. Strong project management skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
