Position: Designer/Sales Consultant This role reports to the Sales Manager and serves two functions: as a Designer, responsible for designing all aspects of the projects you sell; and as a Sales Consultant, responsible for selling projects.
Designer Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Interpreting the design wishes of clients
Presenting value through innovative design that meets client needs
Developing noteworthy, implementable, and producible designs
Making selections with clients using BuilderTrend
Space planning
Site measurements and CAD drawings
Achieving or surpassing design production targets
Creating project books
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience in Kitchen and Bath Remodeling
Understanding of Spec Books for cabinetry, appliances, countertops, tile, closets, and backsplashes
Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships at all levels
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Excellent communication, presentation, and adaptability skills
Ability to explain complex issues clearly and understandably
Experience in interior design, industrial design, or architecture is a plus

Aggressive commission program up to 6% of sales
Paid holidays: Christmas, Thanksgiving, Easter, and July 4th
Potential annual earnings between $60,000 and $160,000, based on commissions and draw
