We're looking for a part-time Marketing & Growth Manager who can develop, execute, and optimize creative, multi-platform marketing strategies that grow our audience, support brand partnerships, and drive revenue. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of media, music, culture, and commerce.
What You'll Do You will manage marketing and growth initiatives across social, web, email, and paid media channels, collaborating with internal teams to deliver impactful campaigns and measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across web, social, email, and paid media. Manage and monitor paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads/YouTube, and newsletter placements. Develop data-driven media strategies using analytics from GA4, Meta Business Suite, Tableau, and other tools. Create and deliver branded content assets for advertisers and partners. Support event promotion strategies for experiential activations. Build sales materials like partnership decks, one-sheets, and go-to-market collateral. Help grow e-commerce sales for The Okay Shop & OkayFuture Labs (Shopify). Drive audience growth for OKP Go (gaming & culture) and OkayBoards (discussion platform). Track budgets, timelines, and deliverables for marketing campaigns. What We're Looking For
2-4 years experience in marketing, growth, or creative strategy - media, entertainment, or agency background preferred. Proven experience managing multi-platform campaigns (social, email, web, paid). Proficiency with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Jeeng, or similar). Familiarity with SEO principles and collaboration with editorial teams. Strong analytics skills with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools. Working knowledge of Shopify or other e-commerce platforms. Excellent project coordination skills with tools like Asana or Trello. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hybrid environment (3 days/week in NYC office). Rate: $38-$42/hr (depending on experience) - approx. $3,800-$4,200/month
