Design how our AI communicates, transforming complex queries into clear, actionable responses. This involves creating scalable conversation patterns relied upon by millions daily. This Role Involves
Building evaluation systems to maintain quality at scale Creating feedback loops between user needs and AI improvements Collaborating with researchers, product teams, and engineers What We're Looking For
Exceptional Taste:
Strong intuition for effective communication and response quality. Technical Fluency:
Comfortable with Python, understanding language models, and implementing scalable ideas. Curiosity and Drive:
Passionate about communication and technology, with high standards and collaborative spirit. Qualifications
