About the Role
The Cary Company is looking for a motivated and organized Marketing Assistant to support our dynamic marketing team in Addison, IL. This position is ideal for individuals who are naturally curious, enjoy exploring new technologies, and excel in research and creative expression. You will play a key role in implementing marketing strategies, maintaining a strong online presence, and supporting digital and print initiatives.
Location: Addison, IL (On-site)
Salary: $42,000 to $52,000 annually + Benefits & Incentives
(Compensation varies based on experience and education)
What You’ll Do
Assist in the development and management of digital marketing campaigns
Support the Marketing Manager with brand and product campaign execution
Help improve the design, content, and usability of company websites
Conduct customer and market research to gather actionable insights
Research new technologies and methods to enhance digital marketing efforts
Develop and proofread content for social media, email campaigns, and product descriptions
Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to support new campaigns
Maintain and update website content with a focus on user experience and SEO
Stay current on best practices in online writing, social media trends, web usability, and industry trends
What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred)
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent research and analytical abilities
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Keen attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work

We have a beautiful newly renovated corporate office/warehouse in Addison.
