Marketing Coordinator

will be responsible for developing compelling marketing materials, managing website and social media content, coordinating events, helping with client and RFP proposals, and maintaining the CRM and other marketing tools. Required Experience: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism or related field. 2 years of experience in marketing or business development in a law firm. CRM experience. Exceptional proofreading, written/oral communication and project management skills. Adobe InDesign or Photoshop to edit/create graphics. (Canva is acceptable) Responsibilities: Write, edit and proofread marketing and business development materials (attorney bios, press releases, website and social media content). Manage updates across websites, intranet and LinkedIn. Manage firmwide social media calendar; provide guidance on building engagement for individual social channels. Edit images/graphics using Adobe or Canva. Ensure brand consistency across materials and departments. Work with Event Planner to coordinate firm events, sponsorships and webinars. Draft and distribute event invitations using CRM marketing automation. Manage event RSVPs, mailing lists, and logistics. Source and order firm-branded materials and custom items for events. Assist in the data collection and development of proposals, RFPs and pitch decks. Prepare customized team sheets and meeting materials for client opportunities. Collaborate with attorneys and practice groups to ensure timely and accurate deliverables. CRM data management of mailing lists and contact records. Draft and issue client alerts, press releases and news items. Identify opportunities to promote client, and firm successes. Aid in preparing submissions for legal rankings, directories, and awards. Coordinate with attorneys to gather necessary information for surveys, rankings, and directories. Maintain attorney profiles across platforms. Other desired experience: Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to edit video using Adobe Premiere or After Effects is a plus, not required. Social media content development and management specifically for LinkedIn. Strong organizational and project management skills. Proactive and problem-solving mindset. Professional demeanor, discretion in dealing with sensitive information requiring the highest level of confidentiality. Ability working independently and with attorneys, staff, vendors, and firm leaders. #3098859
