What you'll be doing:
Designing the presentation layer for web and mobile applications.
Developing and supporting applications in the IT and Clinical spaces.
Collaborating with teammates to understand business requirements and functional specifications.
Creating sitemaps, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.
Participating in design reviews to ensure consistency across applications and adherence to standards.
Working with the QA team to resolve defects.
Coordinating with team leads and project managers for planning, estimation, documentation, and reporting.
Performing additional tasks necessary for project completion and application support.
Qualifications We want our people to succeed, so the following skills are essential:
Intermediate to advanced skills in web UI/UX technologies and design.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Strong familiarity with W3C Standards and best practices.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and willingness to learn new applications.
At least 2 years of experience converting flat designs into coded HTML documents without WYSIWYG editors.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and judgment.
Experience with mobile design is required.
