Pay Information $1,982 to $2,184 per week About The Position Job Description & Requirements Registered Nurse – Emergency Room - Travel - (ER RN) StartDate: 9/8/2025 Available Shifts: 12 N Pay Rate: $1981.86 - $2184.09 Position Details: 12 HR PM; every other weekend and holiday no locals accepted (locals are considered within 50 miles of the facility) Dysrhythmia exam required at orientation (study guide available) At least 2 years experience Looking for Candidates who have triage experience must be willing to be a charge nurse Not a Trauma center, busy ER that sees between 80-100 patients per day. Fast paced environment. BLS, ACLS, CPI & PALS *blocked schedule will not be accommodated* Unit Specific Details 20 Beds 15 Monitor beds 5 fast track room Primary Stroke Center Cath Lab available staffed with ED nurses and ED techs Required Qualifications Registered Nurse, ER Experience: 1 year Licenses: RN(Compact Accepted) Allow Blocks: WIll not allow block shifts Holidays: every other holiday Weekends: every other weekend SSN Required DOB Required References: 1 Reference in entire work history sign right to represent via Docusign must have charge nurse experience must have triage experience Facility Location Located in the Hampton Roads metropolitan area of Virginia, Newport News is truly an aquatic city, surrounded on almost all sides by bodies of water, including the Atlantic Ocean and the James River.
