Urban Outfitters is looking for a Creative Partnerships Manager. The Creative Partnerships Manager is responsible for strengthening relationships with existing brand partners by developing and executing performance-driven, omni-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand impact, customer engagement, and product sell-through. This role requires a strong understanding of the UO customerespecially Gen Z and Gen Alphaand the cultural trends that influence their behavior. The manager applies this insight to create timely, authentic campaigns that align with UO's broader brand strategy. They lead internal coordination, creative execution, and performance reporting to ensure each campaign delivers measurable results. Role Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Development

Build and execute strategic marketing campaigns for existing brand partners that align with UO's seasonal brand priorities and customer insights. Ensure campaigns are designed to drive measurable results across digital, social, in-store, and experiential channels, while reflecting the cultural and aesthetic sensibilities of the UO audience. Customer & Cultural Relevance

Leverage trend forecasting, cultural insights, and consumer behavior data to inform campaign direction. Ensure all campaigns are grounded in a deep understanding of the UO customer and reflect the cultural moments, values, and aesthetics that resonate with them. Internal Collaboration & Alignment

Partner with Brand Marketing, Creative, Digital, Social, Merchandising, and Retail teams to ensure campaigns are fully integrated into the UO marketing ecosystem. Align campaign timing, messaging, and creative with seasonal brand calendars and product priorities. Creative & Asset Management

Lead the development of campaign briefs and collaborate with Creative teams to ensure assets meet brand standards and partner expectations. Manage timelines, approvals, and delivery of all creative assets across channels. Performance Tracking & Optimization

Define KPIs for each campaign and work with Analytics to track performance across all touchpoints. Use insights to optimize future campaigns and provide clear reporting to internal stakeholders and brand partners. Partner Relationship Management

Act as the primary point of contact for existing brand partners on campaign-related initiatives. Maintain strong, collaborative relationships and ensure partners are informed, aligned, and supported throughout the campaign lifecycle. Success Metrics: Campaign Performance

Deliver against key performance indicators (e.g., engagement rate, click-through rate, impressions) across digital, social, in-store, and experiential channels. Ensure campaigns meet or exceed benchmarks for reach and engagement. New Customer Acquisition

Support the acquisition of new customers by developing campaigns that expand UO's reach to untapped or emerging audiences, particularly within Gen Z and Gen Alpha segments. Track performance through traffic, sign-ups, and first-time purchase metrics. Sell-Through & Revenue Impact

Drive measurable product sell-through and revenue growth for featured brand partners. Monitor sales lift during and post-campaign to assess impact. Brand Alignment & Cultural Relevance

Ensure campaigns reflect UO's brand identity and resonate with cultural trends relevant to the target audience. Success is measured through qualitative feedback, social sentiment, and alignment with seasonal brand narratives. Partner Satisfaction & Retention

Maintain strong relationships with brand partners, measured by repeat collaborations, positive feedback, and alignment on shared goals. Creative Execution & Timeliness

Deliver high-quality creative assets on time and in alignment with brand standards. Ensure smooth internal workflows and timely approvals across all stakeholders. Reporting & Optimization

Provide clear, data-driven campaign recaps and insights to internal teams and brand partners. Use findings to inform future campaign planning and improve performance over time. Role Qualifications

Experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. 45 years in brand marketing, partnerships, or co-op marketing, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or youth culture-driven industries. Strategic Mindset
