Partner with and support the Biddable Media Team and the collective Media Strategy & Planning team in the activation of Paid Programmatic Media for the Inspire Brands portfolio. This role will be responsible for building digital campaigns and placing all trades within our various DSPs. This includes working with Managers on maintaining accurate financial stewardship across the brand portfolio. Responsibilities: Programmatic Activation/Trading Support the day-to-day functions as led by the Biddable Managers Execute programmatic campaigns from start to finish: setup, implementation, optimizations, reporting Activate relevant audiences provided by internal brand teams Report on campaign activity and leverage research and industry knowledge to provide actionable, data-driven insights Own ongoing campaign optimization and reporting to ensure campaigns meet targets and deliver optimal results Monitor campaigns to ensure appropriate pacing relative to budgets and targets; update and optimize budgets and insertion orders throughout the year based on brand needs Manage reporting and financial management for Paid Search campaigns across the portfolio Attend and participate in regular status meetings (internal and external) to prioritize deliverables, takeaways, next steps, and timelines with Managers Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with internal and external stakeholders Provide general team support based on internal priorities and project scope Demonstrate a 'big picture' understanding of brands' marketing strategies and the role of Paid Search Agency and Cross-Functional Internal Teams Collaboration Partner with the media analytics team to measure campaign impact Co-lead competitive tracking and reporting as needed Collaborate with Media Strategy & Planning and Connections Planning teams to develop learning agendas and testing roadmaps based on brand objectives, insights, and challenges Requirements: 4-year degree preferred 2-5 years of relevant experience in digital ad campaign execution Hands-on experience with multichannel DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk, Yahoo!, etc.) Proven problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks Experience in account budget management, pacing, and goal setting Results-driven with excellent project management skills (proficiency in Excel/PPT) Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines Excellent communication skills Leadership and influencing skills Personal integrity, humility, teamwork, and a sense of humor Passion for the restaurant industry and willingness to learn operational aspects Self-starter with minimal supervision Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and time management skills Attention to detail and desire to achieve objectives accurately Quantitative, research, and data interpretation skills Ability to learn new systems and workflows
