Position Overview
We are hiring a full-time Assistant Studio Manager to join our team in Nichols Hills, OK. This leadership role is ideal for someone who is passionate about wellness, thrives in a guest-focused environment, and has experience in sales, customer service, and team leadership.
You will work alongside the Studio Manager to help drive membership sales, maintain high standards of operations, and create an exceptional guest experience. This is a great opportunity to grow your career with a purpose-driven brand in the health and wellness industry.
Compensation: $16.00/hour + commission opportunities

Key Responsibilities
Team Management
- Assist with training, coaching, and leading the studio team
- Support the Studio Manager in upholding company standards and values
- Act as a point of contact for team communication and operations
- Educate guests on the benefits of infrared sauna and contrast therapy
- Promote and sell studio memberships and packages
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
- Maintain a calm, welcoming, and consistent studio environment
- Ensure cleanliness and proper functioning of all studio equipment
- Manage inventory and place weekly supply orders
- Conduct daily and weekly inspections of the studio
- 1+ year(s) experience in customer service and/or retail sales
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Passion for health and wellness
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Experience using Mindbody software is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
