Job Title:
Associate Creative Director
Duties : Facilitate and oversee Creative Discovery Workshops, ensuring high-quality deliverables aligned with client needs and keeping content up to date. Lead, mentor, and support the creative team, fostering a positive work environment, maintaining work-life balance, and conducting performance reviews. Train team members on creative processes, including Creative Discovery and best practices for UX/UI design, research, and testing. Provide expert UX/UI guidance, including navigation theory, information architecture, KPI impact, and platform-specific design differences. Oversee project timelines, sprint plans, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with staffing plans, budgets, and client goals. Build strong client relationships, addressing their needs, presenting creative concepts, and supporting escalations or project challenges. Manage user-centered design processes, including research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing, to create accessible and impactful experiences. Conduct accessibility audits, ensuring designs meet WCAG compliance and align with industry standards. Stay updated on creative trends to deliver innovative solutions and set a high creative standard for the agency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute creative projects from concept to completion, ensuring consistency and alignment with overall strategy.
Requirement:
Applicants must have a master's degree or foreign equivalent Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Communications, Digital Media, or related fields. Travel/relocation required as jobs will be performed at various unanticipated locations throughout the United States.
