About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Vice President of Product Marketing for Subscriber Growth to lead our growth marketing initiatives for innovative streaming products. This crucial position is designed to enhance subscriber acquisition, optimize revenue, and expand our market presence, especially targeting genre-specific and customizable subscription options for younger audiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting the end-to-end acquisition strategy, guiding a talented cross-functional team, and formulating our go-to-market plans for digital services.
Your key responsibilities will include designing robust marketing strategies, executing omni-channel campaigns, developing insightful audience segmentation strategies, and setting meaningful executive-level KPIs. We are looking for a strategic, performance-oriented individual with a strong background in marketing strategy for subscription-based services, and expertise in audience segmentation. A data-driven, analytical approach to growth is essential.
Ideal candidates should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in marketing, growth, or acquisition-related roles, with at least 8 years in senior leadership positions. A solid foundation in subscription-based marketing, particularly in streaming, SVOD, or digital media, is critical. A proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products for younger, digitally savvy audiences is also required. Excellent leadership skills, relationship management abilities, and strong executive communication are essential.
Furthermore, a well-established network in the streaming, media, and technology sectors is highly desirable. We value a passion for the future of content, streaming, and entertainment, alongside a data-driven, iterative approach to achieving growth. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
